This extensive site was made up of four buildings; Surrey House, Hippodrome Night Club, NCP Multi Story Car Park & Bo Concept. All were demolished and cleared to make way for a brand new development.
Baileys Garage is situated in Maidens Green, Winkfield, Berkshire and has been there for over 100 years as a cottage, garage, petrol station and more recently for car sales. The site needed to be cleared in preparation for a new residential development.
The former Unigate dairy buildings are situated in White City, originally one of the largest milk dairy productions in London. It had sat derelict for a number of years and was more recently used as individual units for car repairs, scaffolding and even a nightclub. The demolition had to take place without disrupting other projects across the entire site, with all incoming plant, equipment and haulage having to be booked in with imperial college prior to arriving at the site.
The former car sales/petrol station, situated on the London Road in Bagshot needed to be demolished to make way for a new housing development. The site had been in use for over 60 years and most of it was spent as a petrol station. The site had been fully surveyed and a number of fuel tanks and contaminated ground had been identified. The tanks and contaminated soils were removed from site in the demolition phase.
Rydens school closed in 2017 and pupils were moved into a brand new facility to allow the old one to be demolished. The project consisted of a full welfare set up, extensive asbestos removal across the entire site including ducting, demolition, site clearance and crushing and screening of all the material generated from the works.
