As members of the marketing team, multi-channel marketers will play a crucial role in executing marketing strategies and plans. The Heavy Plant Manager is responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, and management of all heavy plant equipment across Shorts Group. This includes ensuring that all machinery is maintained to the highest standards, operating efficiently, and complying with safety regulations. The machinery includes but not limited to, excavators and attachments, crushers, screeners, shredders, and forklifts. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for scheduling work on a daily/​weekly basis.
  • Ensure efficient use and optimal performance of plant equipment.
