We are looking to fill this post with someone who is numerically capable and would enjoy working in a team in a fast-moving, changing environment. You will need you to be able to plan and prioritise your workload, work accurately, with attention to detail, good communication and IT skills. 

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Data processing, scanning and general office administration.
  • Allocation of cheques/​cash to the system on a daily basis.
  • Posting of Purchase invoices and allocation of payments.
  • To allocate and report on all Direct Payments received on a daily basis.
  • Bank reconciliations.
  • Maintenance of ledger accounts.
  • Assisting in daily and weekly reconciliations.
  • Carry out account balance adjustments as per client instructions.
