Unfortunately, you can’t put large amounts of soil or other heavy materials in this skip as it may be too heavy to lift and could cause damage to the surface it’s on. If you have large amounts of soil or other dense, heavy materials to dispose of please consider a 6 yard skip or ask about our hook and grab lorry services.

Frequently Asked Questions

Our standard hire period is for a maximum of 7 days. If you need it longer, please call and discuss with a member of our team.

Any normal’, non-hazardous waste such as wood, cardboard, concrete, rubble and furniture. If you have any items such as Asbestos, Paint, Tyres, Gas Bottles, Fridge, Freezers, Plasterboard and Electrical items, we can dispose of these for you but at an extra charge. Please speak to a member of our Waste team for a price.

We can apply for a licence to place a skip on the road for you, an additional charge will apply. We have public liability insurance up to £10m and will provide lights and cones. 

You can fill the skip to the top, but not above. We are not allowed to transport skips if they are loaded above the top level. This is to ensure all waste can be sheeted and secured whilst being transported.

We have a professional, experienced and friendly team that will provide a high quality service and attentiveness when delivering your skip and again on collection when removing the unwanted waste from your property. We guarantee that hiring a skip from us will be a simple and stress free process.

Should you need to place the skip on a public road, we will even take care of the permit application process for you at a small extra charge. We kindly ask for five days’ notice so that we can ensure it is obtained in time for your skip delivery.
