Since starting my own bricklaying business, I haven’t hesitated to use Shorts for a number of things that help me in my everyday jobs. They really are a one stop shop that have helped in all stages of my jobs.
From stocking up on the latest hand tools and trowels/levels from their Tool shop in Ascot, to hiring the bigger bits of kit such as Diggers and Dumpers. The Plant Hire team are so helpful and knowledgeable and always offer me a great service.
The Portable Toilets have been a godsend, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic where we have still been able to work outside but not had access to the customers own toilets. The Portable Toilets are always serviced well, come very clean and without a doubt are the poshest builders loos the guys and I have ever used!
Of course the bulk of what we use Shorts for is Skip Hire and Muck Away and the service we’ve had from them has been second to none. Always trying their best to get us what we need the next day with such competitive prices – again I wouldn’t look elsewhere.
As a small local business, we always try to help support other local businesses too. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Shorts to anyone – big or small. I think they’re outstanding and have helped me continue to grow my own business and give my customers the best service I can too.
