“As a female working within a male dominated industry there have been many times where I have felt my voice unheard, or had people not take me seriously. It just means you have to shout a bit louder and work that bit hard to prove them wrong. This is simply part of the journey and breaking the bias around women. We should not be defined by labels such as ​“Working Mum” but we still see this happen. Times are changing and it just makes us all even more determined to pave the way for others.” #BreakTheBias
