Job Description

  • Supervising and assisting manager with the safe and efficient running of waste management and recycling site (St Georges) (Skip, Tipper/Grab, Demolition and Trade Waste, Crushing and Screening)
  • Controlling production input and output, ensuring processes run smoothly and managing expectations.
  • On site Health & safety monitoring, compliance with legislation and assisting with improving site layout and operations.
  • Supervising of various staff (pickers and operatives)and controlling employee resources

Job Description

  • Mobile Plant Fitter covering all types of heavy machinery including; excavators (3-50t), screeners, crushers , tele-handlers, shovels, High-Speed & Low-Speed Shredders, dozers and all types of plant used within transfer stations.
  • Maintain, repair and service all equipment as per manufacturer’s specifications.
  • Attend breakdowns on all sites as required at any other designated site.
  • Maintain parts stock or advise manager in relation to any required purchases.
  • Ensure knowledge of technical advances is kept up to date and advise if additional training or equipment is required.

Job Description

Main Duties

  • Hedge cutting (Must be able to cut hedges to high standard for non-agricultural customers )
  • Digestate fertiliser and slurry spreading/ injection, using Joskin Tanker equipped with application mapping soft where

  • You will be operating the weighbridge to weigh vehicles in and out of the site. Complete paperwork to ensure the site complies with legislation and any load rejections are dealt with.
  • Agricultural paperwork including management of product contracts under PAS 100.
  • Support site Workshop with compilation and updating of databases : Vehicle inspections/MOTs, repairs and defects.

Job Description

The work and fleet are varied and include 3.5 tonne to 32 tonne. An HGV Driver covers Skips, RoRo’s, Tippers, RCVs, Beavertails (this list is not exhaustive) (once appropriate level of training is provided) and should complete all operational duties within guidelines ensuring that wherever possible performance targets are met or exceeded. Complete work instructions, ensuring all relevant information (inc PDA), is completed/filled in.

  • Remain vigilant and challenge anything that may result in service failure or complaints from the customer. Raise issues asap.
