Where can I put my skip?

Generally, we put skips on driveways. However, if you don’t have a drive or private land, then we can apply for a road permit for you from your local council.  When booking your skip online or the telephone, tell us that you need a permit and we can arrange this for you.

What can and can’t go in the skip?

The good: Any normal, non-hazardous waste such as wood, cardboard, concrete, rubble and furniture is good.

The bad: We don’t accept asbestos, paint, tyres, gas bottles, fridges, freezers, TVs, light bulbs, batteries, plasterboard, mattresses or food waste. If you have any of these items for disposal, we can arrange separate removal.
